This is an all-ages community-building event at Phoenix Industrial studios in Phoenix, OR. The event celebrates the return of Spring and renews the call to action for community wildfire resilience, supporting meaningful connections and sustainability through music, education, resources, and play!

About the event

Activities at the main venue include a full music stage, kids’ activities, and resource and education booths hosted by more than a dozen local organizations and agencies. Before the main event, a Firewise Community Cleanup in Glenwood Mobile Home Park will take place. The event provides many meaningful ways to engage: by attending, learning and growing together, volunteer service, or supporting the event and our mission!

The Stage Hosts a Diverse Musical Lineup:

Alquimistas: This funky, Brazilian-infused big band takes audiences on a love-filled journey through afro-brazilian rhythms. (insta: @alquimistasband)

El Papachango: An Argentinian Dj with roots in the Rogue Valley, Papachango demonstrates a love of music from South America blended with West Coast underground beats to create a groove that is unique and infectious wherever he goes. (insta:@elpapachango)

The Rosa Lees: This high energy, all-female four piece Bluegrass band will get the crowd stomping! (insta: @the_rosa_lees)

Activities include: Smokey Bear, a Beer Garden hosted by Clyde’s Corner, Food Trucks, Tree Planting, the “Phoenix Citywide Yard Sale” Awards, Fire Engine, Giant Jenga, and many Kids’ Activities including Face Painting, a Bike Repair Workshop, and so much more!

Educational and Resource Booths include: the JCC Long Term Recovery Group, Rogue Food Unites, KS Wild, Pollinator Project Rogue Valley, Fire District 5, Lomakatsi, Jackson County Library Services, Oregon State Fire Marshal, and First Phoenix Community Center.

*Parking is limited, and a free shuttle service is provided along with a drop off/pick up area. We encourage attendees to ride or walk to the event using the Bear Creek Greenway! *
